Season Drinks to Warm Up During the Cold Winter in Beijing

Following last week’s winter drinks post, we’ve got even more for you! From apple hot toddies to special spiced tea, winter-themed margaritas and more, there are plenty of cozy options to choose from.

Georgia’s Feast

This year, Georgia’s Feast has crafted three hot drink specials for the season. First up, there is The Countess’s Secret (RMB 68), which blends whisky with plum wine, cranberry, rose and Chambord. Then there is the Spiced Apple Cha-Cha (RMB 58), which combines apples, cha-cha, cinnamon and cloves. Lastly, they’ve got Feast Mulled Wine (RMB 58), their own take on the classic festive drink.

Turkish Feast

Turkish Feast is offering a range of limited-edition teas for their hot drinks specials. They’ve got Tashkent Tea (RMB 28/glass; RMB 58/pot), which is a black tea blended with Biluochun (a Chinese green tea), Turkish apple, honey and mint. Next is Moroccan Tea (RMB 28/glass; RMB 68/pot), which is a black tea brewed with cinnamon and star anise, with fresh apple, orange and pomegranate syrup. The last one is a Mixed Fruit Tea (RMB 38/glass; RMB 78/pot), which features jasmine tea combined with a range of fruits.

Las Musas

Taqueria Las Musas has just released four new cocktails for autumn/winter, which combine seasonal flavors with a Mexican twist. They’ve got three margaritas: the Cranberry Margarita, made up of Arette Reposado Tequila, Cointreau, cranberry juice, lime and simple syrup; the Ruby Grape Margarita, with tequila, Campari, Cointreau, lime and grape juice; and the Honey Ginger Margarita, which combines Koch Elemental, Arette Reposado, ginger-infused honey, lime and ginger puree. Lastly, they have the Grapefruit & Brown Sugar Flip, which features grapefruit-infused tequila blended with aperol, grapefruit juice, lime, brown sugar syrup, dry Vermouth and egg white.

COMMUNE

COMMUNE recently released some winter specials, which include two new seasonal drinks. The first one is the Italian Mixed Berries Mulled Wine, a twist on the classic that adds concentrated hawthorn and fresh mixed berries. The other is called First Love and has a brandy base mixed with peach and pineapple, all finished with a twist of lemon peel.

Plan B

Last week, Shuangjing bar and eatery Plan B launched their winter menu, which features four warming drinks. They have Mulled Wine (RMB 55), a Spiced Rum Chai Tea Latte (RMB 50), the Plan B Hot Toddy (RMB 50) and the Polar Bear Hot Chocolate (RMB 50).

Tigers

Tigers is offering four limited-edition winter drinks this year. Three are non-alcoholic: Grapefruit Black Tea (RMB 28), Passion Fruit and Jasmine Tea (RMB 28) and Warm Ginger Tea (RMB 28). Then they also have Mulled Wine (RMB 38).
